A word from the Vine Trust...
Robert is fundraising in aid of their Vine Trust School Expedition to Tanzania. Vine Trust School Expeditions are an opportunity for students to make a real and lasting difference to Tanzanian communities living in poverty. Working closely with our in-country partners, volunteers construct individual family homes for some of the world's most vulnerable people - providing shelter, security and hope, and empowering communities to achieve a brighter future.
Donations made through this page will contribute towards the cost of Robert's expedition, including international flights, accommodation, food, in-country transport, and the purchase of construction materials and resources. Any additional funds raised will go towards future Vine Trust construction projects and the development of Vine Trust's programmes.

Fundraising Activity
I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to participate in a trip to Tanzania in June 2027 with the Vine Trust and Peebles High School. For the duration of the two weeks I'm there I will be connecting with the local people and helping to improve the lives of the people living in Moshi. As a group, one way we will be helping is by building a house for a family.How I'm raising money
To fundraise for this trip I will be doing multiple activities across the next 11 months. These include the Edinburgh Kilt Walk, helping host stalls at local events with my peers, racing an 800m and 1500m run which would be particularly challenging for me considering I never run more than 400m.Share this page
