Jessica’s Tanzania Trip

A word from the Vine Trust...

Jessica is fundraising in aid of their Vine Trust School Expedition to Tanzania. Vine Trust School Expeditions are an opportunity for students to make a real and lasting difference to Tanzanian communities living in poverty. Working closely with our in-country partners, volunteers construct individual family homes for some of the world's most vulnerable people - providing shelter, security and hope, and empowering communities to achieve a brighter future.

Donations made through this page will contribute towards the cost of Jessica's expedition, including international flights, accommodation, food, in-country transport, and the purchase of construction materials and resources. Any additional funds raised will go towards future Vine Trust construction projects and the development of Vine Trust's programmes.

Many thanks for supporting Vine Trust – together we are helping to support vulnerable communities through effective and sustainable development.

Please note: Vine Trust does not accept responsibility for the fundraising activities of persons fundraising in aid of their expedition or the Trust. Any views expressed on this page are solely those of the named fundraiser and/or their donors, not Vine Trust.

Fundraising Activity

I will be going to Tanzania in summer of 2025 through the Vine Trust with an amazing group of people from Millburn Academy. I'm very grateful and lucky to have been picked for this trip. We are going to be helping build homes for less able families and getting to know locals and their culture. This will be such an incredible experience and I hope to change the lives of many people!

How I'm raising money

I will be doing many things to raise money such as Highland dancing, bake sales, coffee mornings through my church, raffles and quiz nights. I also plan on having a second-hand clothes sale.
