A word from the Vine Trust...
Julia's family is fundraising in of aid Vine Trust's Jubilee Hope Medical Programme on Lake Victoria, Tanzania.
Jubilee Hope Medical Expeditions enable volunteers to make a real and lasting difference to communities living on the islands and shore of Lake Victoria. Working in partnership with our in-country clinical team, volunteers provide primary healthcare services to communities living in severe poverty, aboard our fully-equipped medical vessel, Jubilee Hope. Vine Trust Medical Expeditions provide free, life-changing clinical testing, treatment and education to communities who would otherwise have little or no access to basic healthcare.
Donations made through this page will contribute towards the maintenance and development of the Jubilee Hope Medical Programme.

Fundraising Activity
This fundraising page has been set up on the request of Julia McLean's family to raise funds to support the Jubilee Hope Medical Programme which provides free healthcare to remote island communities on Lake Victoria in Tanzania through the Jubilee Hope medical ship. Before recently joining the Vine Trust Board of Directors, Julia had made multiple visits to Tanzania to work alongside the Jubilee Hope medical team. She was a much-loved and admired volunteer, who made such a big impact through her passion for the work and the care she showed for her colleagues and patients. All donations to this fundraising page will go directly to the work in Tanzania to support the delivery of these vital healthcare services to the many thousands of people living on the islands.
