A word from the Vine Trust...
Fraser is fundraising in aid of their Vine Trust School Expedition to Tanzania. Vine Trust School Expeditions are an opportunity for students to make a real and lasting difference to Tanzanian communities living in poverty. Working closely with our in-country partners, volunteers construct individual family homes for some of the world's most vulnerable people - providing shelter, security and hope, and empowering communities to achieve a brighter future.
Donations made through this page will contribute towards the cost of Fraser's expedition, including international flights, accommodation, food, in-country transport, and the purchase of construction materials and resources. Any additional funds raised will go towards future Vine Trust construction projects and the development of Vine Trust's programmes.
Many thanks for supporting Vine Trust – together we are helping to support vulnerable communities through effective and sustainable development.
Please note: Vine Trust does not accept responsibility for the fundraising activities of persons fundraising in aid of their expedition or the Trust. Any views expressed on this page are solely those of the named fundraiser and/or their donors, not Vine Trust.
Fundraising Activity
In 2020 a group of students and teachers from Millburn Academy, including myself, will be heading out to Tanzania in order to help the Vine Trust in a building project. In Tanzaia we will be heping the local Vine Trust workers in building houses for families who are suffering from poor housing and often poverty in the hope to provide them with a better standard of living. For this trip a rough amount of £2800 must be fundraised, so any donations would be greatfully accepted.
How I'm raising money
To raise the money, I will be doing many personal fundraisers such as bingo nights to earn money to put towards this trip as well as working a good amount to earn more money to put towards this trip. Furthermore my expedition group will all be participating in group fundraisers in addition to our own personal fundraising endeavours.
