A word from the Vine Trust...
Carmen is fundraising in aid of their Vine Trust School Expedition to Tanzania. Vine Trust School Expeditions are an opportunity for students to make a real and lasting difference to Tanzanian communities living in poverty. Working closely with our in-country partners, volunteers construct individual family homes for some of the world's most vulnerable people - providing shelter, security and hope, and empowering communities to achieve a brighter future.
Donations made through this page will contribute towards the cost of Carmen's expedition, including international flights, accommodation, food, in-country transport, and the purchase of construction materials and resources. Any additional funds raised will go towards future Vine Trust construction projects and the development of Vine Trust's programmes.

Fundraising Activity
I am raising money to travel to Moshi, Tanzania in 2020 for a 2 week working experience by helping to construct a safe and stable home for an under privleged family. We will also be visiting children in schools and in orphanages that were built in previous years. I will be working with a group of 5th and 6th years from my school, Hamilton College, and I am really looking forward to helping others and enjoying this memorable once in a lifetime experience. It would give me great pleasure and a deep satisfaction to know that i was instrumental in helping even one family to achieve a more safe and secure future.
How I'm raising money
I am going to be doing various different fundraising methods in order to raise money for Tanzania and i will update as each event/fundraiser is finalised.
