A word from the Vine Trust...

Claire is fundraising in aid of their Vine Trust Medical Expedition to the Peruvian Amazon. Amazon Hope Medical Expeditions are an opportunity for volunteers to make a real and lasting difference to communities living on the Peruvian Amazon. Working in partnership with our in-country clinical teams, volunteers provide primary healthcare services to remote and isolated riverine communities, aboard our fully-equipped medical vessels, Amazon Hope 2 and Forth Hope. Vine Trust Medical Expeditions provide free, life-changing clinical testing, treatment and education to communities who would otherwise have little or no access to basic healthcare.

Donations made through this page will contribute towards the cost of Claire's expedition, including international flights, accommodation, food, in-country transport, and a donation towards the medical programme. Any additional funds raised will go towards the maintenance and development of the Amazon Hope Medical Programme.
